Artikel 1. Een bedrag van 110.000 (honderdentienduizend) CHF wordt verrekend ten laste van de algemene uitgavenbegroting van de Federale Overheidsdienst Binnenlandse Zaken, Sectie 13, organisatieafdeling 55, activiteitenprogramma 23, basisallocatie 35.40.02.
Article 1er. Un montant de 110 000 (cent dix mille) CHF est imputé à charge du budget général des dépenses du Service public fédéral Intérieur, Section 13, division organique 55, programme d'activités 23, allocation de base 35.40.02.
Art. 2. Het bedrag vermeld in artikel 1 wordt toegekend aan de organisatie " Intergovernmental Consultations on Migration, Asylum and Refugees " en dient voor de financiering van de Belgische verplichte bijdrage voor 2011.
Elke overdracht van schildvorderingen betreffende deze subsidie is verboden.

Art. 2. Le montant mentionné à l'article 1er est octroyé à l'organisation " Intergovernmental Consultations on Migration, Asylum and Refugees " et sert à financer la contribution obligatoire belge pour 2011.
Toute cession de créance relative à ce subside est interdite.

Art. 4. De organisatie " Intergovernmental Consultations on Migration, Asylum and Refugees " verantwoordt de aanwending van de ontvangen som door overmaking van de rekening van inkomsten en uitgaven, opgesteld overeenkomstig de statuten van de organisatie.
Art. 4. L'organisation " Intregovernmental Consultations on Migration, Asylum and Refugees " justifie l'utilisation de la somme reçue par la transmission de son compte des recettes et des dépenses dressé selon les statuts de l'organisation.
Art. 5. De Staatssecretaris voor Asiel en Migratie, en voor Maatschappelijke Integratie is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 5. La Secrétaire d'Etat à l'Asile et la Migration, et à l'Intégration sociale est chargée de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
